The international essential oils market exceeded $6 billion in 2015 and is expected to nearly double, to $11.5 million in the next 5 years. The growth in the essential oils market is largely due to increased demand for natural and organic products not just for consumption, but also for holistic health options, cleaning, cosmetics, etc.
Young Living Essential Oils recently cracked the $1 billion dollar sales mark, which by the figures above, would be nearly one-sixth of the international essential oils market.
My friends who are curious, but have not yet tried essential oils, ask me how to get started? All the choices of essential oil companies and information out there can be overwhelming. Probably the most popular starter kits are the Premium Starter Kits with Diffusers, as shown in the featured photo above. I recommend either of the $160 Premium Starter Kits, because they’re the best deal. The retail value of these kits is around $320. I prefer the Home diffuser because it lasts beyond 4 hours on the intermittent setting.
