A few months ago, I splurged on some Savvy Minerals (Merry Christmas to me!) and purchased the Veil-Diamond dust, Smashing blush, two eye shadows (Best Kept Secret and Determined), Jet Setter eyeliner, On a Whim lipstick, Abundant lip gloss, and the brush set – all of which is comparable to the mineral-based makeup I’d been using for year, but lighter. A couple of tips on amping up the eyeliner and lipstick/lip gloss. Put a small amount of the eyeliner in the container’s lid and dip the eye shadow brush in a dab of water to apply a strong, yet soft line that stays for hours. The On a Whim lipstick and Abundant lip gloss are a perfect pairing. Apply the lipstick and then add a layer of gloss. Feels wonderful and lasts longer than either the lipstick or gloss on its own.
